Take a look at the source code at the following sites:

http://www.columbuscycleandatv.com

http://debnardy.columbuscycleandatv...

http://www.nankfields.com

They all use very basic HTML with a little javascript and a little inline CSS. They are all "stand alone", meaning they do not depend on any programs from the server, like php, asp, mysql, etc.

Does http://www.columbuscycleandatv.com have the auto-center thing so the website is centered no matter what size the screen is? Do you know what I'm asking about?

Practically everything you see on the "Columbus Cycle" website is in a table. The tables are 760px wide and are centered using align="center" . We use 760px wide because we have some visitors still using 800px wide resolution. This centers everything regardless of what resolution the visitor is using. If you are using Firefox as a browser, you can hold down the CTRL key and left-click various open spaces and see the outline of the table cells.
