Hi!
I'd like to create my own designed blog that it will be uploaded in the future, for general use, in "blogger".
What would be the proper software and so difficult (advanced) for me to use?

I'm not 100% sure but I think you need to use blogger's own templates and design system.

Check also oscommerce products. For it is to many templates which you can remake as you want.
