Hi, I'm making a website using Dreamweaver and would like to have a counter to see how many people have viewed the webpage. I've been looking around online and havent been able to find anything. I am just looking for a simple one.

Thanks

You will need some code on the server-side to implement that (e.g. PHP, ASP, etc.).

However, there are some free counters out there that you can use.

You would just need to include an image on your page which is linked to the provider and they do all the work.

I wouldn't recommend putting a counter that is visual to the end-users because if you don't have many hits, people may think that your site isn't popular, and just move on. That's something that someone told me. Just some advice I thought I would share.
