Copying complete folders tot net

I use web2ftp.com to put my data onto the web. However, this program doesn't allow copmlete folders (including contents) to be copied onto the server.
Does anyone know another program online, with which I can copy complete folders?

it doesnt quite work that way

alls you do is create a new folder on the server through FTP, then copy the entire contents into that folder

Or use a proper ftp program and upload the folder itself with contents that way.
