Just for some preliminary things:

Your dropdown menus don't line up. They are shifted to the left and look bad. Now that I look at it more, some menus are correct on some pages. Some are lined up, some aren't, some aren't the right size, others are shifted. Doesn't look good at all.

The Flash underneath the menu (home page) is actually in front of the items when you go to select things from the menu, thus they get covered up and you can't read them.

The scrolling "Our Products" needs to go. That's way too early-90's for me and just destroys any amount of professionalism the website might have had.

The incredible moving menu: Why is it that on the home page, the Products are on the left and the Home is on the right. Then on other pages, the order is switched around? On other pages still, even that order is completely rearranged. Leave them in the same place.

I hate underlining hyperlinks too. I think yours look very clean the way you have them, but are normal people going to realize that almost every piece of text on your site is really a link? I found the links just by moving my mouse around. I'm not so sure a visitor is going to know. Same goes for the images that are hyperlinks.

There are a handful of broken links.

Just my opinion, but the length of time the dropdown menu stays visible after you move your mouse off of them is way too long. I don't think it needs to be up there for 3 seconds, but that's just my opinion.

Pretty good looking site though. Keep it up.

thanks for above info...

those were actually things that I like to work on to -
for the Flash @ home page - im confused on how to rightly placed the menu so that it won't be covered by the flash. Thus, the moving menu is obviously created.

for the scrolling "more products" - I guess its becoz' the form is easily learned. didn't realize it is already outdated!
but, am now looking for something that'll help me create a search engine within the site (how about helping me on that, again??? thanks!).

for the dropdown menus - i'll try to lined them up next time. A few experiments on some pages must have slipped my corrections.

thanks again, and will still look forward for any more suggestions......
