Changing a site's source file...

I got this problem with a certain site. This site does not allow to be accessed using any browser other than IExplorer. So up until now it was fine. I just used Firefox and opened it using the 'IE tab' add-on. But now something got wrong. I'm always getting the message that says that I'm using a non compatible browser. Even when I try to open it with IE itself...
So I opened up the source code of the page right before it manges to load up that "incompatible page", and I noticed that there's an 'if' statement there that checks whether its being accessed using IE or not. Its just calling up a procedure that makes the check.
So anyways, my question is: Is there a way to change that code? I just want it to skip that 'If' statement every time I open it...
