Solved cannot open one web site - mine own!

Specs: Windows Vista
Please someone help --

I cannot open my website from my computer. It just started a few hours ago.

-I have flushed my DNS cache. Name resolution is not the problem.
-I have no problem seeing any other web site
-I cannot connect using Filezilla for ftp. It says "connection timed out"
-I can ping it using from any ping test website, but pinging it from my computer (command prompt or ping plotter program) does not reach the destination. PingPlotter traces all the way until the last node, it then fails to connect to the server hosting the site.
-I can see from my neighbor's computer. He is on a different internet provider. So the problem seem to be specific to me.
-I have rebooted my modem, router, computer.
-I have reinitialized my router.
-I have check a similar discussion (link below) and tried ALL the recommendation (except contacting ISP). No help.

So my last resort at this point is contacting the ISP, but it being the Timewarner, it will be a 3 to 4 hour wait on the phone during their normal business hours. So, if any body can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

I think only your ISP can shed any light on your problem, judging by the other thread.

phil22 - Thanks for the reply. My problem has just been fixed.

It was the server of my website hosting company (remember, this was my own web site that I was not able to access) that had blocked my IP. The ISP was not to blame (after spending 2 hours with them they kept insisting they do not block any IP's)
