Comment: I can't access any dot.tk domains. I get this problem on on INTERNET EXPLORER and FIREFOX. I get "cannot be found. Please check the name and try again" messages and "Server could not be found" messages examples: http://www.dot.tk http://www.kailas.tk http://www.dhzone.tk (my domain) and not even the main domain registration pages www.dot.tk What has happened, I'm searching google for answers, help? thats how I found this topic on this site http://www.computing.net/webdevel/wwwboard/forum/409.html it was on the first page of search results --- see more threads like this http://invisionfree.com/forums/Teenage/index.php?showtopic=969

Reply: (edit)Just checked out www.dot.tk and I managed to get on to this site fine using IE6 Try checking your computer for viruses and/or spy/adware. I had a similar problem before and I eneded up re-installing windows as I couldnt be bothered to scan for viruses, this worked. hope this helps :) Dont think you can, know you can

Reply: (edit)although I never heard that there's a scumware that'll make you unable to open a .tk domains... that is a one big possibilities... so if you can't find the scumware by doing virus/scumware check, wallis_online's solution is the best... or maybe you'd like to post a `hijackthis` log at the security & virus thread, after you're sure that you have tried checking for the virus/scumware yourself by using a couple standard checking tools... other possibility I can think of: the route from your home to .tk is just not good enough... have you tried pinging the domains? or do: nslookup [domain_here] and ping the IP address? have you check with your ISP? maybe they block it or something... ^o^ are you in Asia? do you watch Animax Asia?
