Cablevision and port 80

Does anyone know if Cablevision block port 80 so that you can't host websites?

One way to find out is to go to www.grc.com and use his ShieldsUp webpage to test which ports are open/closed. Click on the Shields Up icon on the first couple of pages to finally get to the page that let's you do the tests.
