I would recommend you learnt HTML and CSS first and then progressed onto a dynamic language, such as PHP (the one I use).

My HTML Guide

Then find a decent CSS tutorial, make your first few pages and then try and integrate some PHP. It's probably best doing this in stages - all at once would be very confusing.

Hmm... I don't think DHTML or Javascript are really that useful to begin with. Many people have Javascript disabled and/or are using older browsers. In fact, Javascript is what makes the Web annoying for me a lot of the time.

I've always found that I can do nearly everything DHTML with a bit of careful CSS coding. Unless it's a decent standard, I don't usually go with it.
