I'm looking to create a forum for our city community that will be use in 3 different city. What forums would you guys recommend?

Thanks

PHP-BB, and ASP are about the best forums going. Both are highly customizable and easy to administer through web based control panels.

PHPBB is the best forum, by far. The new PHPBB 3 is highly customizable and very effective. I run 2.0.23 and it's easy as pie with an effective and well-organized Admin panel and loads of features...plenty of customized modifications available and flexibility with doing pretty much whatever you want with it.

To me...it's also much more user-friendly than SMF, IPB or any of the like.
