Hi, what browsers and versions did you try viewing the site and on what OS? Did you receive any error messages? If so, what were the messages that appeared?

If the site is active and you can access other sites, then you might try flushing the dns cache. Sometimes that will prevent one from accessing a site.

If it's a site you're visiting and you're using a firewall, it may be possible that your firewall is blocking IPs in that range - use this to find the ip.

The site may down for maintenance as well or is having some sort of issue.
