How does we validate any form at client machine (by javascript) in ASP.NET, since .NET process the form at server only, but i want to check entreies feeded by user at his end only.

Navigate to the page the same as a user would do. You should be running a development environment for this purpose.

...i want to check entreies feeded by user at his end only.
So go ahead and add your JavaScript to the .aspx file. It'll survive the conversion from template to served page.
