I am a newbie and designing my first website. How do I get Frontpage to allow me to arrange pictures and put them WHERE I WANT on the page? When I click and drag them, they drop onto pre-defined spots that FP decides. It is frustrating.

The easiest way (but not really the correct way) is to create a table. Example of a table would be 4 colums and 4 rows and put the pictures in each cell and center the pics in the cells. That would give you a nice layout. Frontpage does tables well.
