Hello, I hope this is the right place to put this thread, otherwise I would appreciate a redirection.
Anyway, my question is, how do I get a name for my IP? Like instead of typing like ping/telnet/browser 195.16.0.67, I'd type, ping/telnet/browser/whatever www.whatever.com or something like that. Hope this is clear enugh.
Thanks in advance.

Well, I've been searching and found that what I wanna do is change my DNS from my IPadress to a name. Does that site do this? I couldn't find it though.

DNS is a Domain Name Server. No you don't, not unless you have a domain name registered to your IP address with a domain name registrar in which case you will use their Domain Name Server. It is the server that resolves a domain name to an IP address. To go the other way, turn an IP address into a domain name is called a reverse DNS lookup. The site posted by smbotans will do that.

However if you want to pin by domain name you can just type ping www.whatever.com and the ping/telnet commands will do the necessary DNS lookup for you.

If yo wanna do it online there are many tools for that.

In PHP you can use the function to convert IP address to Hot Name gethotbyip() function

http://www.myip.peermade.info uses that Function
