I recently reloaded my PC and now my web server is real slow. It's fast when I access it through my loopback. But, when I use my domain - it is horrible. I used to have 1.3 on it and it was fine. But, when I reloaded I put on 2.0.55. I just put 1.3 back on it but it is still slow - I'm perplexed
