Apache Server problem

CPU/Ram: AMD, 512m RAM

I can access my server using my external ip, but same ip i provided to my friend, wont work. What could be the problem, i donot have firewall, running xp, apache 2.0, perl 5.x.x

Your ISP is probably blocking port 80 to prevent you from using a home connection as a web server. Try using a different port.
