Reply: (edit)you will need to learn form tags, and things associated with them such as including names, valus etc then you will need to link that to a script, which will read in to inputted data and do what ever you want with it.. Jaymc.co.nr

Reply: (edit)Try www.dtp-aus.com for free cgi-forms. The owner wrote them all himself, and they all integrate together with a master control panel. You will need to sign up to get a member number, which you then use as your password to download. You do not get spammed as a result of signing up, this simply helps him keep track of who uses his files, as he has strict rules about illegal or inappropriate sites not benefitting from his work.
