A scroll bar within a scroll bar

I have a long table and there are two scroll bars: A page scroll on the far right, and a table scroll. How do I get rid of the table scrollbar and only scroll the page?

This is the code...I tried it first with six individual pictures in a table, but couldn't get rid of the inside scroll bar for the table and the page scroll bar...then I simplified and made one large picture, but you still have to scroll the page and picture. The overall height of the picture is 2700.

Thanks for any help.
