Solved 403 Forbidden Error for all websites.

July 26, 2011 at 05:39:06
Specs: Windows 7, Intel Core/ 2 GB
I've recently installed the AVG Antivirus Free Edition on my AD 410 LG laptop. After the download was done, none of my internet browsers (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox) would let me access any websites, including Google and other search engines, Facebook, Hotmail...etc. A blank page with this message would come up:

You were denied access because:
Access denied by access control list'

After that, I uninstalled AVG Antivirus thinking the problem happened after I installed it, but the 403 Error is still there.
I tried to go through the settings and fix it, but no luck there. Is the 'access control list' something I could change, if so, how do I fix my problem?

I'm using a different laptop to type my problem here, since the laptop with the error won't open any websites.

What firewall are you using? I would check the settings in there.

I'm using the Windows Firewall. I have reset the settings back to default and it seems to be working fine now. Thanks!
