I'm looking for a (free) script/flash applet/java applet that will allow two people with webcams to see/chat with each other.
I already checked hotscripts, but didn't find anything suitable. Any recommendations?

It may not be exactly what you are looking for, but I'm sure it must be a step in the right direction.
