That depends on what type of unix. You didn't say what you have.
For example, with SCO Unix, you use a product called SCO Merge to run windows applications.

Can can run any Windows application under any ver of unix, It's a matter of finding the right software. Often, the software isn't free though. And sometimes it even involves installing Windows on your hard drive.

If you're running linux, you can get Wine from http://www.winehq.com
Not every program works, bust most will run just fine.

I have successfully compiled WINE under UNIX. It works with a little bit of fiddling. Try compiling it yourself as ROOT on a UNIX machine. It should work.
