Which Unix is better and close to linux. I know redhat, fedora. and will be installing a server, prefer unix. so I need some info about one that would be good as a server. I would like things about: install admin

solaris 10 man...............its free and a good learning OS.
install is easy and straight forward.
admin is UNIX what else can I say........not as easy as linux or some other flavors of UNIX like HPUX or AIX but they take special platforms to be installed on and are not free

fedora core is good for newbies. Try it and also try to install apt for it.It will make easiest your packeges instalation.
