viewing a ran cron job

i'm a novice HPUX user only because I very seldom had to use now i have to use every day since our unix admin went to a new job suddenly. he was running a cron job nightly called da_serv_cron.i can locate where he runs the job but how can i telll if it is ran nightly like he say it is

Easiest way is to list the crontab file for the user running the cron job.
crontab -l
