Unix to Windows Data Transfer

I am having Sun solaris Operating system (UNIX )as a Oracle Server and client on Windows 95.I want to transfer / copy some files like files with exiention .fmx or .ora to windows client.

Please let me know how to go about this.

How about FTP...you can get a copy of xdir from www.sunfreeware.com. That will give the the GUI.
