I need to be able to transfer a file from my XP bow to unix box. We dont have ssh setup although we should and i know i been told by many. But right now i connect via telnet. And i need to place a script on the Unix box and run it :)

The best way use a ftp-client software (for exemple FileZilla). After transfering your file (script) connect to the Unix box via telnet and run your script.
