UNIX server problem lost link

I am having some problem with this server a compaq ML310 runing UNix 5.0.5 I get this mesg:
Warning: n100c[0] :PCI Slot 1, Port 1-Lost Link
Notice: n100c[0] :PCI Slot 1, Port 1 - Valid link reported
Notice: n100c[0] :PCI Slot 1, Port 1-link 100Mbps FullDuplex


this error keep poping sometimes every minute soemtimes not as often.

Does anyone have any idea of waht I need to do?
