Does anyone know of a good place to take classes on Unix? Im a windows junkie, but now work with a company that wants to expand the Unix/Linux server base instead of the win2k servers. I would like a good comm college program, (if poss), in central NC, if anyone knows of one, thanks,

Learning on your own isn't exactly what you asked for, but FreeBSD is a great way to start. You can download it free. http://www.freebsd.org. There are several great books on it. If you buy The FreeBSD Handbook and The Complete FreeBSD and read those cover to cover you will learn a lot. You'll wonder why you were a windoze junkie. http://www.freebsdmall.com I started out at COMDEX 2000 knowing nothing about UNIX or Linux and had never heard of FreeBSD. A CD for $1 and 2 years later, I can't put it down. It's my favorite of the BSD's and any Linux. Although it's nice to take courses and have people to answer questions.
