Here I need someone to help me todefine whether actions can be carried out for every file or directory in a UNIX file system.

Each file and directory has an owner, group and permissions. Those attributes determine who can read, write, execute, etc. the specific files and directories.

However, the root login has access to everything and access to the root account is not shared with general users.
