I have one questions:
Does the message comes even before booting into solaris?

If yes,
then when the system displays Press
in the BIOS, hit Ctrl-A.

Choose the address of the SCSI drive and hit enter.
Choose Configure SCSI settings
Choose the last option(I think) which has an entry saying Enable/Disable SCSI BIOS. ENABLE IT.

dear sir,

suddenly it is not possible for me to boot the machine.it is not booting from hard disk
one of my friend told me to boot the machine from the floppy and mount all the filesystems
and he ask me to login as a root and i login as a root.
he ask me to copy some files from the other unix server which is having similar configuration using the following command
dd if=/dev/dsk/0s0 of=/dev/rct0 bs=1024 count=35

and he ask me to copy that tape files in to my server with the following command
dd if=dev/rct0 of=/dev/dsk/0s0
i typed the command. some files were copied.
after i have resetted the machine it is not possible for me to boot the machine now even through floopy. what i have to do now to bring my machine to the normal boot condition
i request you to send the answer as early as possible
