i m trying to use UNIX to start up my outlook express, where in the UNIX terminal, by typing in the email adress, then after pressing enter, the outlook express will load up, with the correct email address shown, is that possible?

Or are you trying to use UNIX to start Outlook Express on a Windows machine?

im in my windows platform, using cygwin, if i m not wrong, perl will allow me to load windows application up, but is it possible for UNIX to do the same thing also? the outlook express is a windows application.... can u help?
