hi all
i wanted to install unix as well as windows N.T workstataion on my system. can any one tell me is it possible to do that ? if yes then how and whats os should i install first . N.T or unix .. plz help abbas_kudrati@hotmail.com .

Hi,
Yes you can install NT and unix on same machine.
install NT first then unix.
You should install unix within 1024 cylinders of your hard disk. For e.g if your hard disk capacity is 13GB then unix boot partion should be within 8GB of your disk.

You install all bootable partitions before the 1024 cylinder mark, or else they won't be bootable. And any boot manager you use will be useless, you won't be able to boot to anywhere.
