I need to get get my Trident 9750 4MB 3D Image PCI/AGP video card to work with Red Hat Linux v.5.0. If anyone knows anything about it or could help me out by sending me the drivers and some info on how to install, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I dont know much about this card but i sure know that it is CRAP. Whoever decided to put this card into my computer should be dragged out into the street and shot. It has caused me nothing but problems, if you can avoid this peice of shit do so

I have a Trident 9750 3D Image installed in my personal computer. I have been a problem with hard disk and i had to install a new one, then I lost software to install Trident 9750 3D image. I only have a CD with software of 9680 that has been supplied with my old personal computer which doesn't give me the option of more than 256 colours that is required for video games like COLIN McRAE RALLY of Codemasters and DICIOPEDIA 2000 of Porto Editora Multimedia. Yes! You are correct in your guess. The "Trident 3dimage 9750 PCI/AGP" is precisely the same as the "Trident 3dimage 975".
If you need the driver, let me know and I will E-Mail you the file. Trident distributes their video drivers (a collection) on a CD which is normally shipped with the system or the PCI/AGP video card.
If you have recently upgraded to Windows 98, you will need to install this driver, since WIN98 does not recognize the card, and installs an inferior substitute that totally screws up your video display.

hello wow there's a lot of ppl out there that don't do much research eh! anyway i need a driver for this board, a boy has got the 4mb AGP card and i up graded his windows 98 to milleniun for him (i did a complete system format) and he doesn't have the old driver disc,(now he tells me) i down loaded the driver from your site (which is easy to find and use) and installed it, but cannot get half-life to run at all, the PC just crashed, and it used to play it just fine, is there something wrong with the driver on your site? please help as this is my fault and i don't know what to do. regards tony
