telnet over HTTP (without mosha)

CPU/Ram: Pentium 533 64MB RAM

does anyone know how if there is a free-to-use public http to telnet gateway other then that mosha one? mosha doesnt work for some reason.

Look at www.webmin.com
There is a telnet module in the base package.
