Start & End time of a log file

I would like to know how can I cat the start & end time of a log file, this is what the file looks like:
22:48 Started
22:55 Ended
DAYEND Log File - 23/05/05

---------------------
22:48:43 203231 Audit Number Commencing

22:48:44 Company 20 SYS920 - Delete Printed Repor

data

22:55:47 DAYEND Completed Check Logfiles
