Comment:

Every time I try to upload or download a file, I get "Error on server: Access Violation" on my Windows XP client (not tested with other client yet).

I have:
tftp dgram udp6 wait root /usr/sbin/in.tftpd in.tftpd -s /tftpboot

Set in /etc/inetd.conf, I have ran inetconv and checked svcs to make sure the service is running.

The /tftpboot folder exists and is 777.

HELP! Thank you very much.

Read the man page. Run: man tftpd
That will get you started and probably answer all your questions. tftp is not very secure especially if you have it running 777.
