Server performance

OS: AIX 5.1
CPU/Ram: IBM

I want to know if there is any easy way to know if a UNIX server is very bust, I know how to get the number of processes running, but I want more information about CPU, memory. I’m a developer, I don’t have root privilegies, only normal user, but I only need a basic information about server performance.
Any help will be greatly apreciatted

you can use iostat and truss
