My lab computer is loaded LynxOS, a version of Unix. The computer has an IDE hard disk and a SCSI hard disk. On SCSI controler, there are four 72 DAT SCSI tape drives.
/dev/sdmpta.0 is the device driver of SCSI hard drive. I encountered the problem that I could not access it. It was crashed on the kernel with the message below
