I wants to take backup of whole hdd(Sco unix) as it is and I have new brand hard disk.How to take backup in new hdd? can anybody tell me how to do this in step by step?

If you type the following it will backup the entire hd to tape:
cd / find / -print | cpio -o > /dev/rmt/ctape1
You will need to check the devaice name of your tape drive as it may not be ctape1.
