SCO UNIX 5.0.4 printing problem

In my Office EPSON LQ-300 printer is installed on windows machine and it is shared with SCO UNIX 5.0.4 for printing. The printer gives blank page when i am printing fro unix.
there is no such problem when directly from windows machine where the printer is actually installed...any one can help me pls????

I have yet to find an easy way to print in Unix. Cups is usually recommended but I've never had any luck with that either. I've been given fairly large scripts to use. Unix falls short when it comes to printing IMO.

The issue of giving last page blank at the end of every print job is resolved.

by commenting the line # /f/c

in the follwing file:

/opt/K/SCO/Unix/5.0.4Eb/usr/spool/lp/model/epson

in SCO unix ver: 5.0.4
