How to clone SCO disk?

(I tried with Norton Ghost 6.03) but...)

Disk is Quantum Fireball (about 3.2 GB). There is one DOS partition (500MB) and the rest is SCO.
Because disk starts to "whistle" (ok, after 7-8 years of hard works (24 hours a day, mostly (UPS)))...
and I still need it (data). So, I decide to somehow make disk copy, image, to another.
But only what I can find, these days is Quantum 6GB hard.

Computer where I want to put the whole thing is HP xe310. Bios is Phoenix. Tried with original hard, and

stuff works, after Jerry told me where to look arround at hard setup in the BIOS (Type: [User], LBA Mode

Control: [Disabled], Transfer Mode: [Standard]).

...but when I make copy (Ghost) original hard to image, then image to backup hard, nothing!

(when copy makeing on backup disk - what must be setupped in BIOS for this drive? Auto, or same as the

original hard?)

What to use, where to find software for make SCO disk image copy? Norton Ghost, Acronis TrueImage or what?

Thanx.
