Could someone advice that how to remove history in CSH? As there is no histroy file created under user's home directory? Where did it record?

Put this in the .login or .cshrc file, depending on your intended use:

set history = 0

also you can check the following
echo $HISTFILE
the output will tell you where the history is saved.
