G'day people!

I´d like to know how you can copy files from one UNIX node to another on the same network.

Say: "/home/user/john_doe/file.txt" on server u30001 to the same path on node u30002.

Also, is there a smart way to copy UNIX file into a directory in Windows? I use UNIX through an application called "Exceed" (don't know how widely spread it is) so I am using UNIX on an ordinary Win2K PC.

I´m somewhat of a beginner when it comes to UNIX (as you might have guessed) so please go easy on me! :)

use a program called scp

Humminbird's Exceed is the best out there. It's still crap though.
