Recall Commands in Sco

CPU/Ram: Pentium2 /512

I would like to permanently recall last commands typed using the up arrow -I know how it works in DG/UX & when I use ksh -o vi,but when loggin out & going back you have to type the above again.
I want to make it permanent on the profile

modify the ".<shell>rc" file for the shell you are using with:

set -o vi

normally you would then use normal emacs keys "h", "j", "k" and "l" to move the cursor, probably depends on your terminal settings if you can use the up-arrow.
