I have the error:

realloccg /: file system ful...not sure how to fix..any suggestions?

I would guess the /tmp and /var are not separate file systems but are directories under / . See what temporary files can be deleted or moved under /tmp. Have a look at log files, the mail queue and similar files under /var .
