I am trying to send a readable report from UNIX to my outlook email address...The email arrives in my inbox okay, but the report is skewed due to obviously different font setting...Is there anything I can set during the "mailx" command to make sure the report will line up correctly?? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!!

By readable, do you mean formatted as something other than plain text ? Are you outputting rtf or html, either of which would allow you to specify fonts and style. Mailx will not format your output. If the users select plain text or a monospaced font, does the output look correct?
