I think this is a printer problem but I'm a real novice and hope you can help me. I'm working with UNIX on an RS6000, Informix database (don't know if you need to know that but now you know what I know). One particular job, that has always run fine on a specific printer, has started only printing 40 - 50 pages and stopping. I can run that same job with no problem on another printer in the office. Both are Lexmarks but the one that I'm having the problem with is a RT+, the one that prints the job is a much older 4039. I replaced the RT+ with a S series Lexmark and had the same problem. The communications guys tell me it's a hardware problem, the hardware guys say it's an application problem, there haven't been any changes made to the application since 2000 sooooooo......HELP! Any ideas?
Thanks!
