NO REVERSE DNS QUREIES ANSWERED

Hello, I am working at an small firm.We have a primary DNS server and a secondary DNS server in our Redhat Linux 6.1 box.The problem is that our DNS server is NOT ABLE TO ANSWER REVERSE DNS QUERIES FROM OUTSIDE OUR DOMAIN ie when i make the Reverse DNS query from any machine in our domain(to any machine in our domain,or any DNS machine outside) it is able to answer but if i do it form any DNS server outside our domain OUR DNS is not able to answer.That is,
suppose i connect to my ISP and give nslookup and query for my address x.y.z.a,our machine is not able to answer. Also note that i am running 4 domains on that same machine.all the four domains have their forward and reverse lookup files.The /etc/named.conf have entries for all the four domains.Also note that we are using the same IP address for the primary named server for all the domains.We have done no aliasing.
