NIC Configuration Problem Under SCO UNIX

I'm using SCO UNIX 5.05a.
I hv problem when i configure E2000 ISA NIC as Novell NE2000 (card will working properly under DOS with 340/5 addrs). Unix will not configred with NE2000.
Also i' trying for D-LINK card with driver specified by manufacturer.
Always there is msg * check card is on same configureation and no protocol stack
=================
Also my Mouse on COM2 is not configured.

IS the NIC auto-detected by SCO? What type of issues are you having with the mouse? From working with SCO, I know many changes of this nature would require rebooting the system.
