Networking help with ScoUnix/Win98

I have Two computers , one is Sco Unix 5 and other is Win98. I am try to connect Win98 computer to Unix machine. But Ping reply as " Requested Time Out" But the win98 computer ping itself good, but when I try to Ping Unix machine ping reply as " Requested Time out " If the Subnetmask entry is wrong how I correct it. I am enter the subnetmask as under "255.255.255.0" on my Win98 machine " Is this entry same on Unix machine please reply me in details.

Login as root and type netconfig. Once in there you can modify protocol entries, all of which will let you change the ip address, subnet and broadcast address. Then relink and reboot.

we have recently set up a network with sco unix 5.0.5 on host and window 98 on the pc side. with telent we are able to access the server but we are unable to take printing on the printer attached to the pc's.
pl advice.
